Cheery staff, iPOD charger/speaker, nicely furnished chalet, well-stocked kitchen, heated pool & hot tub.

Nothing could have been better.

The chalet was lovely and comfortable

There was not housekeeping on a daily basis and only coffee stocked for one day so had to go request more for the second day. The remote for the main tv did not work and there is no staff after 8:00 to deal with these issues.

We really enjoyed hotel's location and people. The property is in a tourist area. It's easy walk to The Wandering Elk with nice drinks and cocktails.

We stayed at Mystic Springs Chalets & Hot Pools Villa and had a great experience. The accommodations were perfect for our large group, with spacious townhouses that had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the town and nearby attractions. The outdoor pool facilities were a highlight, providing a fun and relaxing way to unwind after our adventures. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Mystic Springs Chalets & Hot Pools Villa.

This place has a great location with beautiful views, and it's just a short walk to the city center where you can find everything you need. It's a perfect spot for a five-night stay.

It's a few steps away from The Wandering Elk, good for a little drink. Liked a fully equipped kitchen we had in the room. It was a 3-star hotel in every way.

The pool and hot tub at Mystic Springs Chalets & Hot Pools Villa were fantastic. We enjoyed relaxing and unwinding in these amenities after a long day of exploring. we'll recommend this hotel.

It was in Canmore, The large pool was good.

Our unit was run down and very dirty. The chalets need renovating.The bedding is old and needs replacing. The hot tub will be closed for some time due to a leak, and they should have notified their bookings so they could decide if they want to stay or book another hotel with a hot tub. A number of the Chalets back onto the Trans-Canada Highway.

Quiet location. It could be a great place to stay but our chalet no 114 needs some work.

Cleaning service was poor, Beds not made,had to ask for towels to be changed on x2 of our 4 day stay. Maintenance issues: x1 hairdryer didnt work Air con thermostate coming off the wall. Shower head hanging out of the wall, Toilet base fixture coming away, Crockery & cutlury not clean. Dishwasher not been emptied for our check in.

Beautiful bldg and location. The staff were awesome. My children really enjoyed the pool as they went in every morning, and everyday before or after dinner. Staying at the chalets was like having your own home.

we had an amazing time at mystic springs chalets & hot pools villa in canmore. the accommodation was beautifully furnished and decorated, with plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen. we loved the heated pool and hot tub, perfect for a winter dip. the location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants, and the mountain view from the bedroom was breathtaking. overall, a fantastic stay.

No wifi.

The staff were quite helpful, except that it took them 2 days to get us batteries for the tv remote. The location is awesome, and we had so much space.

The only thing that was not top notch about our chalet were the beds. They are too soft, and anytime the other person in bed moves it feels like an earthquake. None of us got a very good sleep, even those sleeping alone.

All the comforts of home and close to Banff.

The Easter weekend at this hotel was fantastic! The chalet we stayed in was spacious and had a cozy fireplace. The hot pools were a major highlight, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The location was perfect, with stunning mountain views and convenient proximity to downtown. We were able to explore the charming shops and enjoy delicious dining options just a short walk away. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the fitness equipment was outdated and in need of repair.

The location suited us and we liked the lay out of the buildings with the pool and BBQ in a center courtyard. We also liked the idea that they have a hospitality room which can be used for a group dinner for our cycle group.

Concerned that one wing of condos are backed up to the highway which may be noisy. We were on the other side and did not hear any road noise
